FAQ´s - Are you really born in 1984? Yes, I am. There´s no reason why I shold hide my real age and make me younger or older. - Do you work anything besides playing drums? I sometimes give some drumlessons or work in my studio but I do have no other jobs besides music. Each day only has 24 hours and I got no more time to do an "usual" 9 to 5- job.     - Do you give drumlessons? Yes, I do sometimes. If you´re interested just write an email. - Is Simon Michael your real name or is it a fake (The guitarist of Subway To Sally ´s name is Michael Simon) That´s my real name. Simon Michael are my two firstnames. - What´s then your secondname? Well, that´s not too hard for you to find out . There are a lot of Subway To Sall fanpages in the web, which already published my second name. - Where do you live? In a small town near Nuremberg, Germany, called Forchheim. - What kind of music do you like? Which are your favourite bands? I like all kinds of music. My fav band still is Lacuna Coil. - Where did you learn playing the drums? What where your infuences? Do you still exercise every day? This question is hard to answer. I learned it by so many drummers I just watched and listened to. I had lessons by Willy Melzer at the Musikinstitut Erlangen where I learned a lot of important things about classical drumming. I can also approve Dan Zimmermann as drumteacher- he´s one of the best drummers I know. Another big influence for me was and still is today my friend Sebastien Angrand. When I´m at home I try to get every day into my rehearsel room and exercise some hours. - Do you play other instruments, too? Yes I learned classical piano for about 10 years.
